Gruppo Loma boasts more than three generations of experience in the meat trade, having built over time a solid reputation based on expertise, careful selection and consistent quality.

In 2007 the company embarked on an important path of growth and innovation thanks to its collaboration with food technologists and its synergy with UNI.ZOO – Società Cooperativa di Allevatori Veronesi, a cooperative of livestock farmers from the Verona area, with the aim of developing a farming model focused on quality and on respect for the oldest Italian rural traditions.

This collaboration gave rise to a controlled supply chain that guarantees high standards at every stage of the production process. The cattle, born in France, are raised for their last six months on selected Italian farms and fed with carefully chosen feed, ensuring meat with an authentic flavour and consistent quality over time.

All the stages following slaughter are managed within the logistics platform of more than 2,000 m² located in Casoria, recently modernised to meet the highest standards in the sector.
